Volunteer at the Memo

 

Our core staff team are supported by the brilliant work of our Memo volunteers — making our audiences feel at home, serving refreshments in the Café Bar and supporting with the smooth running of performances, film screenings and events.

Volunteering at the Memo is a great option if you’re looking to support your local arts centre, meet new people or keep busy in your free time or retirement.

 

Our volunteers come from all kinds of backgrounds and levels of experience, and each of them brings their own personality to the role.

The volunteer bank was established with funding from the National Lottery Heritage Fund’s Great Place Scheme, in partnership with Vale of Glamorgan, Barry Town Council and the Memo Arts Centre.
