A Macrobert Arts Centre and Barrowland Ballet co-production for ages 6 months to 4 years.

Poggle is the story of Vince, who wants to explore the forest but is too scared, until one day he meets Poggle, a friendly creature. Together they go on an adventure through the forest where they discover the magical musical tree.

A warm hearted, sensory dance theatre piece with live music, clapping rhythms and comedy throughout in an imaginatively changing world that the children have the chance to explore.

Created by Natasha Gilmore with dancers Jade Adamson and Vince Virr, with music and sound by Daniel Padden

Tickets: Adults £8, Child £4

Running Time: 40mins, including playtime for children on stage

“Poggle was inspired by my young children as I watched the way they explored and played in the world around them. The joy of discovery and accomplishment when new skills are found and obstacles overcome and the wonderment children find in the simplest things, like mud.” Natasha Gilmore

“If you have a little one, they’ll love this. If not, borrow one for an hour and pop along to ‘Poggle’. You’ll love it too.” ★★★★★ Three Weeks

“It was wonderful. It was funny, energetic and beautiful all in one!” Audience Member, Poggle
